My pictures are too big
I’m having trouble uploading my pictures.
If the dimensions are too big:
Windows
If you need to make your file size smaller, you can click on the magnifying glass in your taskbar below.
Picture to Left: When the selection for Photos like in the picture to the left, select on it to open the photo program. You will open the photo in there that you are wanting to resize.
Picture Below: Select the “…” in the upper left corner, and then select resize.
On the pop up screen select:
C Define custom dimensions.
When this screen comes up you can select the width or the height and change it. Leave Maintain aspect ratio checked so we don’t stretch your horse. Then save resized copy.
Note:
A good size for web is about:
600 x 400 however if you put
for Portrait your height as 600
for Landscape the width as 600
The other part should fill itself out based on the picture.
If the kb (kilobytes) or MB (megabytes) are too much:
We have found a great website where you can upload your image and it will compress the size as much as it can for you and still leave it as a nice picture.
You just upload your pictures and then you can download one at a time or all of them at once
